About The Awards
The Australian Drag King Community Awards were established to celebrate excellence in Drag King performance across Australia.
The awards recognise performers at all stages of their careers alongside the venues, producers, events and community advocates who support and strengthen Australia's Drag King culture.
Presented by LOTL Lounge, the awards bring together performers and supporters from across the country during the Mardi Gras season for a night of recognition, celebration and community.

Our Vision
To increase visibility, celebrate excellence and preserve the rich history of Drag King culture in Australia.
How The Awards Were Developed
The awards have been developed with input from members of the Drag King community to help shape categories, judging criteria and the overall structure of the program.
This process helps ensure the awards reflect the diversity, creativity and spirit of Australia's Drag King scene.
Judging Panel
Independent judges with experience in performance, arts, media and community leadership will assess nominations and select finalists.
Judges will be announced before public voting opens.
