2.3 Renewals

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2.4 Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

2.5 Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for membership fees, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
