Missy Higgins out with new album, tour

Unlike Madonna, Missy will be here when she says she's going to be here.

Missy Higgins has kicked off a new tour with her latest album "The Ol' Razzle Dazzle," a collection of singer-songwriter ballads that should please Higgins fans and potentially get her some new ones.

Her tour kicked off in New York City on Tuesday, and she will tour the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Canada over the next four months.
