Harbour Party

Get ready for one of the best parties of the year.

Published:

It just isn’t summer without Harbour Party. First release tickets have already been sold out so jump on it now, ladies! Harbour Party is known for being the most beautiful party of the Mardi Gras season with a view of the Opera House, the lush surrounds of the Botanic Gardens and lots of cute girls in tiny singlets.

Who is in the line-up this year? Expect performances from Lee Dagger of Bimbo Jones, Kate Monroe, Troy Cox, and Olivian DJ. Headline act Lee Dagger, of UK dance music trio Bimbo Jones fame, will wow Harbour ’12 crowds – his 45 number one club hits include productions and remixes for artists like Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Pink, Annie Lennox, Kanye West and Ne-Yo. A co-writer on Cindy Lauper’s upcoming album, Dagger will ensure Harbour ’12 is no ordinary party.

In case you’re wondering, Harbour moves to Saturday in 2012, rather than on the Sunday preceding the Parade as in previous years. (This decision was taken after survey feedback indicated a desire for Harbour ’12 to be a Saturday event.) Second release tickets, as well as members and concession tickets are on sale now through FoxTix.

For more information on Harbour ‘12, go to mardigras.org.au/harbour.

We’ll see you there!
