The cost for one adult, double, or twin occupancy starts from AUD$2633. Package does not include local Communal Tax of 150 CFP (1.26 Euros) per person per night payable at the hotel upon check out. There is a deposit $300 required, with a final payment due on the 3rd of August, 2011.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person and a completed Booking Form is required upon booking. Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. For bookings made inside of 45 days prior departure, a guarantee of full payment is required in order to request your booking. We are unable to accept personal cheques for bookings made within 10 days prior departure. Additional deposits/payments may be required by some suppliers prior to the final balance due date. Details will be advised by your travel consultant if required. Payments can be made by cheque made out to Dive Adventures, direct deposit, credit card or Money Direct. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of this package unless otherwise specified. Comprehensive travel insurance is essential in case of sudden illness and medical evacuation requirements. Please contact us for a copy of the travel insurance brochure and application form if required.

 

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

It is each traveller's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities for each of your destinations. Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the last date of travel on your trip.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Bookings cancelled at any time after confirmation are subject to the forfeit of deposit, including any additional deposits required by suppliers. In addition, any fees charged by airlines, hotels, tour operator or other suppliers are non-refundable and may sometimes be as high as 100% of the cost of the trip, particularly when cancellations are made within 45 days of departure. Any refunds due will be made available after we have received the monies from the airline/operator involved. There is no refund on any unused services once travel has commenced.
