Port Douglas Carnivale is all about having a party in paradise and a fabulous family time together and what better way than a Music Festival for all ages!
With something for everyone Sunday the 28th of May will be a full family carnivale atmosphere of Music, Art, Circus acts, and entertainment. Enjoy the villages licensed area serving Asahi premium beverages and De Bortoli Wines and a range of delicious seafood, food trucks, pop up milk bar, Fairy Floss, Pop Corn, and the Ferris Wheel.
Sunday will have a wonderful line up of headlining non stop music featuring local favourites The Hillbilly Goats, a guest appearance from Ben Lee, Vaudeville Smash, Lenna-Marie Moxie, The Montgomery Brothers and Omar. The stage will be constantly full of talented performers suited for all ages!
For the kids the Spiegeltent program will start at 10am with ABC KIDS Lah Lah’s Big Live Band, ‘Children are Stinky’ the 2016 Edinburgh Fringe Children’s Choice show award winners, Cooktown’s own Legends of Perhaps Family Band and more.
Plus enjoy the famous Port Douglas Markets and a range of free activities for the kids including circus workshops, art activities and Pirate Adventures!
All food, beverages and amusement rides are at additional costs (Tokens used for Food and Beverage).
Admission includes the music program at Rex Smeal Park 10am-6pm as well as entry to the Children’s Spiegel Big Top Program on Sunday the 28th from 10am-2pm at Dixie Park.
There will be some unallocated seating throughout the venue. You are welcome to bring along picnic rugs, suitable picnic chairs and even picnics. Strictly no BYO alcohol, alcohol consumption is only permitted within designated licensed area.
General Admission - 16yrs and over:This ticket includes entry into the Fisherman's Seafood Music Festival and entertainment at the Village Hub, Rex Smeal Park and Spiegeltent, Dixie Park (excludes food and beverage).
Group 4+ 16yrs and over:This ticket includes entry into the Fisherman's Seafood Music Festival and entertainment at the Village Hub, Rex Smeal Park and Spiegeltent, Dixie Park (excludes food and beverage). This ticket is for groups of 4 or more.
Child (free) - 15yrs and under:This ticket includes entry into the Fisherman's Seafood Music Festival and entertainment at the Village Hub, Rex Smeal Park and Spiegeltent, Dixie Park (excludes food and beverage). This is a free ticket for children aged 15yrs and under. This ticket is only valid with a General Admission Ticket Holder. All children aged 15yrs and under MUST hold a valid Children Admission ticket.
Tokens: We have a payment option to prepurchase Tokens prior to the event (please see ticketing options below). All catering and beverage options will be $4, $8, $12, $16 + and each single token is valued at $4. Tokens are also available at the event.
