DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person and a completed Booking Form is required upon booking. Balance of
payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in the cancellation of your
booking.
For bookings made inside of 45 days prior departure, a guarantee of full payment is required in order to request your
booking. We are unable to accept personal cheques for bookings made within 10 days prior departure.
Additional deposits/payments may be required by some suppliers prior to the final balance due date. Details will be
advised by your travel consultant if required.
Payments can be made by cheque made out to Dive Adventures, direct deposit, credit card or Money Direct.

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of this package unless otherwise specified. Comprehensive travel
insurance is essential in case of sudden illness and medical evacuation requirements. Please contact us for a copy
